Online Courses

Once an online course purchase is approved and access is activated, it is non-refundable. Please review the course details, curriculum, and preview material carefully before enrolling. If you face a technical issue accessing your course, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Offline Courses

A registration fee of ₹1,000 is charged at the time of admission and is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it secures your seat in the batch. This ₹1,000 is part of your total course fee, not an additional charge.

For the remaining course fee (total fee minus the ₹1,000 registration amount):

• If you cancel before the batch starts, the remaining amount paid (excluding the ₹1,000 registration fee) may be refunded at the institute's discretion.
• Once classes have begun, the remaining fee is non-refundable, except in cases evaluated individually by the institute (e.g. medical emergencies).

Designer Wear Orders

Ready-made designer wear orders can be discussed for return/exchange within a reasonable window if the item is unused and in original condition. Contact us with your order number to request this.
